Lead Times

With the majority of our items being personalised we have lead times which can be seen below for each type. We aim to complete production of items as quickly as possible. Once items have been produced they will be dispatched based on the delivery option you choose. Note: Items are not dispatched with any receipt/order information so are perfect to send directly to the recipient.

Once you have placed your order we begin the process of personalising your item/s. The personalisation production time varies depending on the type of product. This then affects the total time from placing your order to delivery. Below you will see a guide to the lead times for our most common items.

Production Times

Below is a list of average production times based on product type. This information is just a guideline and may vary from product to product, please see product page for accurate information.

Dispatched within 24-48 hours (working days): Cards and Selected Mugs

Dispatched within 0-3 working days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered Items

Dispatched within 3-5 working days: Ceramic and Printed Glass Items

Dispatched within 7-12 working days: Handmade and Hand Stamped Jewellery

Delivery Charges

The full selection of our delivery services have been outlined for you below. Product lead/production times still apply and are not included as part of the below services. Postage / Shipping Prices Provided at Checkout.

Standard 48 hour - aims to arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Premium 24 hour - aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch. Tracked Service.

All orders are processed and sent using a variety of different courier and delivery companies such as Royal Mail, occasionally items may go missing when not in our care i.e with the delivery company, if this is the case we will either issue a refund or send a replacement out.

Production and delivery times aren't guaranteed and we accept no liability for delivery delays.

Please note: Not all services are available on every item. Always refer to the options given at checkout for the most accurate pricing. The majority of our suppliers deliver using Royal Mail, however, other courier services may be used.

Returns Policy

All goods that have been personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements and perishable products are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition . However, on rare occasions a product may be damaged during shipping.

*If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim. Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalised are non-refundable.
